SPONSOR TERMS AND AGREEMENT

• I have read the Sponsor & Exhibitor Guide.

• I understand that sponsorship fees are non-refundable except if the event is canceled by the organizer. 

• I understand that exhibit space assignments are made by the American Teachers Alliance and may change if necessary.

• I agree to conduct my exhibit in a professional manner. 

• I understand that I am responsible for supervising and securing my own property and materials during setup, the event, and teardown. 

• I understand that the American Teachers Alliance and the hotel are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 

• I will follow hotel rules and policies. 

• I grant permission for the American Teachers Alliance to use my company logo and submitted marketing materials for summit promotion. 

• I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to include my company, exhibit, and representatives for future promotional purposes. 

• I understand that sponsor logos and program advertising must be submitted by the published deadline to be included in printed materials. 

• I understand that speaking times (if included with my sponsorship level) are assigned by the event organizer and may not exceed the allotted time. 

• I understand that sponsorship benefits not used before or during the event are forfeited and are not redeemable for cash or future events. 

• I certify that I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my organization.  

• I understand that this sponsorship supports the mission of the American Teachers Alliance and does not imply endorsement of my company's products or services by the American Teachers Alliance.
